Estate Administration

Estate Administration

Oak Tree
Losing a loved one is difficult. There is no way to sugarcoat the emotional void that we experience when this happens. Our job is to guide you through the process of estate administration with as much ease and grace as possible. Whether or not there is a Will, no matter the size or complexity of the estate, we are here to move you through the probate courts and the process of administration so that you can achieve closure with dignity.

We know family dynamics can sometimes be less than ideal, and that sometimes that dynamic can rise to the surface during the administration of an estate. It is our job to use our years of experience to lessen the drama and not let that overshadow the work that needs to be done in probate court.

We have represented Executors and Administrators in every probate court in the State of Connecticut. We also have represented heirs and beneficiaries to ensure that their interests are protected. Both Attorney Mary Anne Charron and Attorney Ned Barron have been appointed by probate courts to step in as Independent Administrators in complicated estates, knowing our capabilities to manage and administer an estate ethically and with transparency.
